> Here at Bride Boutique we pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or if your product is faulty you may return the goods to us for either an exchange or refund.
> All returned goods should be with their original packaging with tags attached and in an unworn / unused condition and should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
> We regret that we are unable to accept returns on bespoke custom designed items and for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or pierced jewellery which is part of a set.
> Please make sure the goods are packaged securely and we recommend that you return your goods by registered post or obtain a proof of posting. Bride Boutique will not be liable for non-delivery of returned goods or returns which have been damaged in transit. You will be liable for the return postage costs.
> You will be liable for the return postage costs and we do not refund original shipping costs for express delivery upgrades.
> All returns must be accompanied with our returns form which you you can download and print using the link below. Please place the completed returns form inside the package as we will be unable to identify you or process your refund without it.
> All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the return goods and we can only refund the original credit card or PayPal account used. We will not refund any customs duties from International buyers or original shipping costs.
